- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay $4.99 CAD once for 12 months of Full Access. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel: when the 12 months end, your account goes back to the free plan with your progress kept, and you can buy another 12 months if you want them.
- What do I get without paying?
- The 20-question free practice test, no sign-up needed, and 10 bonus questions when you create a free account. Each comes with its explanation and the Driver’s Guide source. No card needed, and your progress is saved to your account.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 7 days of buying — as long as, since buying, you’ve answered fewer than 100 questions and haven’t finished a mock exam. You’re always refunded if you were charged twice or Full Access didn’t unlock. Read the full refund policy.
- How is payment handled?
- Checkout is run by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. After paying, your receipt number is in your account.
- Can a teacher or driving school use one account for a class?
- No. Full Access is for one learner. For a class or group, request a group licence: each learner gets their own Full Access with their own progress, and you can use Class7.ca in lessons.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes — on any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser, and you can add it to your home screen. Sign in on another device and your progress is there too.
