Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Class 7 Practice. You agree to them by ticking the box when you create an account (or, if you sign in with Google, on the next screen), and you confirm the purchase terms again when you buy Full Access. We keep a record of which version you agreed to and when.
The service
Alberta Class 7 Practice provides practice questions, mock exams and study tools for the Alberta Class 7 learner’s knowledge test. It is an independent educational product (see the disclaimer). We work to keep content accurate and sourced, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free or current, or that you will pass any test.
Accounts
Keep your password secure. One person per account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse, scrape, copy or resell the question bank.
Free access and Full Access
Anyone can try the 20 questions of the free practice test without an account. A free account includes 30 practice questions: those 20 and 10 bonus questions. Full Access unlocks all current features and questions for your account. It is bought with a one-time payment; the price is shown in Canadian dollars before checkout. Access is personal and non-transferable.
The 12-month term
Each purchase gives your account 12 months of Full Access, starting when the payment is confirmed and ending on the same date 12 months later. While a term is running, the site does not offer another purchase.
No subscription and no automatic renewal
A purchase is not a subscription. It does not renew automatically, and we will not charge you again when the term ends. You are only charged if you choose to buy again.
When the term ends
Full Access ends automatically at the end of the 12-month term and your account returns to the free plan. Your account, progress, history and bookmarks stay available, as described in the Privacy Policy, unless you delete your account. Free questions you used before you bought still count toward the free plan. You can buy another 12 months at any time after the term ends, at the price offered at that time; the new term starts when that payment is confirmed.
Earlier purchases
Purchases made before September 29, 2026, when Full Access was sold as lifetime access, keep the lifetime access they were sold with.
Access codes
We sometimes give out access codes, for example to driving schools, partners or testers, and a group licence is given as an access code. A code gives Full Access free of charge for the number of days shown when you redeem it, counted from that moment. When it ends, your account returns to the free plan and keeps its progress. Codes have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and can be switched off if they are misused or shared beyond the people they were given to.
Personal use and group licences
Free accounts and Full Access are for one learner’s own study. Without a group licence, you may not:
- share one account or its login between several people;
- show our questions, mock exams, explanations or study guides to a class or group, on a screen, projector, TV, screen share or on paper;
- use a personal account to teach, tutor or run lessons, review sessions or training for other people, paid or unpaid;
- buy Full Access for one person and let students, clients or employees use it.
Studying at home with a family member on the learner’s own account is personal use. Anyone may show the free 20-question practice test to a group to try the site.
Schools, driving schools, settlement programs, libraries, employers and other organizations that want to use the site with more than one learner need a group licence. Request one on our page for schools and organizations. A group licence covers the number of learners, the length of access and the uses agreed with us in writing, and is given as an access code. Each learner uses their own account.
If an account is used against these terms, we may suspend its access. If you aren’t sure whether your use is personal, ask us first.
Acceptable use
Don’t copy, scrape, redistribute or publish our questions, explanations, study guides or site design. Don’t use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content from the site, and don’t use our content to train or build artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems. Don’t attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Intellectual property
Our questions, explanations, study guides, site design and software are our property. Information and images from the Driver’s Guide are used under the Open Government Licence – Alberta.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.
Who you are buying from
Alberta Class 7 Practice is operated by Vasyl Omelchuk, a sole proprietor based in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Contact: hello@class7.ca. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Canada Ltd.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove questions and features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, that is subject to applicable law, including any rights or remedies you have for time remaining on a paid term that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown on this page, and if a change is important to your use of the service we will ask you to agree to it before you continue. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada. Questions: hello@class7.ca.
