Refund policy
Read this before you buy
You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying — but only if, since buying, you have answered fewer than 100 questions and have not completed a mock exam.
Once you pass 7 days, or reach 100 answered questions, or finish one mock exam, the purchase is final and no refund is issued.
We check those two numbers on your account when you ask. Nothing else about how you studied is looked at.
Full Access is a one-time payment for 12 months of access. Everything unlocks the second you pay. That means the fair place to draw the line is between trying it and using it — not on the calendar alone.
Why 100 questions and one mock exam
Every account gets 30 free questions before paying anything (the 20 of the free practice test and 10 bonus questions). That is there so you can judge the questions, the explanations and the handbook sources with your own eyes, at no cost and no risk.
If you buy and then find it isn’t for you, 100 questions is plenty of room to work that out — more than three times the 30 questions every account gets before paying. But a full mock exam, or a hundred answered questions, is the product being used rather than tried.
This is meant to be fair in both directions. You should not be stuck paying for something you barely opened. And a one-time purchase should not work as a free rental: studying the bank, sitting the exam, and then asking for the money back would mean the people who pay honestly are covering the ones who don’t.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@class7.ca from the address on your account within 7 days of the purchase and tell us, in a sentence, what wasn’t right. If you are inside the limits above, the refund is issued — we won’t argue with you and we won’t ask you to prove anything.
Always refunded, whatever your usage
These sit outside the limits above and have no time or usage condition:
- You were charged twice, or charged by accident.
- You were charged but Full Access never unlocked on your account.
- A fault on our side stopped you using what you paid for, you told us about it, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
The last one means a real technical problem — the site not loading for you, questions not saving, access disappearing. It does not cover disliking the questions, changing your mind, or not passing the official test.
What happens after a refund
Full Access is removed from the account and it returns to the free plan; your study history is kept. Money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with, through Stripe, and usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If a card payment is disputed with your bank instead, Full Access is paused while the dispute is open, and returns automatically if it is resolved in your favour.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
