Vehicle seizure reviews Vehicle seizures are reviewed by SafeRoads Alberta. If a vehicle was seized pursuant to section 94 of the Traffic Safety Act, after being stolen or taken without consent, or if the vehicle is owned by a rental car agency, you can seek the return of the vehicle through SafeRoads Alberta. Registered owners are responsible for all costs involved in the vehicle seizure.
