Funeral processions

Chapter 8: Sharing the Road › Funeral processions · printed page 105 (PDF page 107)

Funeral processions If you are participating in a funeral procession, you are permitted to continue through an intersection with a stop sign or red traffic light without stopping. Your headlights must be turned on. You may only proceed if you are closely following the vehicle in front of you in the procession and it is safe to do so. Do not pass through a funeral procession. Yield the right-of-way until it has passed before proceeding.
